Q1: What is party in a box?
Party in a box is a curated party package rental service. For any parties that's related to babies and wedding, you can simply rent our party package for a full-fledged party table.
Without running around to get hundred different decorative items, you can host a beautiful party for less cost, hassle-free & stress-free.
Please note that we only rent the packages on weekends(Fri-Sun). You will receive the boxes on Friday of your chosen week, and the delivery man will take them back on next Monday. Did I mention the delivery is free of charge :)? Yes, we offer free delivery & pick up service for all our customers who rent our party tables!


Q2: How do I place an order?
You can browse the packages under "Party Packages" tab, and book the date using the calendar on each product page. It's like booking hotels - check the availability of the set on Friday of your chosen week, and add it to your cart!


Q3: Can I rent the party packages on any days?
We currently rent out the packages only during the weekend. You will receive the package on chosen Friday, and the delivery man will pick it up on next Monday. Weekdays are off, as we need some time to check the condition of returned items before sending them to the next customer. However, if you have a party planned on weekdays, please email us to hello@partyinabox.sg, and we will try to arrange an exceptional weekday rent for you.


Q4: I want to change the event date/party package.
Please email us to hello@partyinabox.sg, with the new date or the package you would like to exchange with. We will make the changes for you if the package of your choice is available on your requested week.


Q5: I have already placed an order for a party package, but I would like to add balloons/photographer service.
No problem! Simply place an order on the website, and leave us a comment when checking out. We will follow up :)


Q6: When will my party boxes arrive?
Your box will arrive on Friday of the week you have chosen. Please have someone to be ready to receive the boxes that day - it will arrive by noon.

Q7: How can I return the boxes?
Enjoy your party box for the entire weekend, and pack all the items back in boxes for collection on Monday. Our delivery man will visit your place to pick them up. Yes, we offer door-to-door service ;)!


Q8: Do you offer private/corporate party styling service as well?
Yes, we do! If our ready-made packages are not suitable for your party theme or the guest size, please reach out to us to hello@partyinabox.sg with the event details such as event date/time, the venue, the purpose of the event, and the number of guests.


Q9: What is the refund policy?
We are happy to offer full refund with at least 6 weeks of notice. For cancellation between 4-6 weeks in advance of booked date will be forfeited 50% of the package rental price. For cancellation shorter than 4 weeks of notice will be forfeited 100% of the rental price. For any cases, deposit will be refunded in full. 
Please be understanding as many people plan their parties in advance, last minute cancellation meaning someone else might have missed the chance to rent the package - a loss for a fellow party host, and a loss for us.


Q10: Oops! After the party, some items from the box are damaged...
Please send them back to us - For minor damages, we will try to fix without deducting deposit. If the damage is severe and cannot be fixed(e.g. broken glass), unfortunately we will need to deduct some amount from your deposit. So please be careful with the items for the next party hosts!

Q11: Why is there deposit?
Due to the nature of rental business, we need to make sure that the items we have remain in re-rentable condition. So please handle the props with care, and return back to us in a good condition :) If we don't find noticeable damages, we will return your $100 deposit in full.


Q12: When will I receive the deposit?
We will check the condition of items once the boxes arrive our office. The refund will be processed within a week, back to your PayPal account or to your credit card.
